PRESCHOOL
for 3, 4 and 5 year olds

CJCC half-day Preschool programs provide for the social, emotional, cognitive and physical needs of children through developmentally appropriate play. Our whole-child approach allows each child to progress at his own rate, in a non-competitive atmosphere. Unique opportunities include gym once a week with specialized teachers, creative movement and music, and swimming lessons included in the five-day Preschool programs.
Thematic units of study are part of all Early Childhood programs. Some of the areas included are: home and family, safety, the seasons, math, the community, classic children’s literature and science concepts. All aspects of the curriculum meet the Early Childhood Ohio Early Learning Content Standards.
Explorations of Jewish life, culture and holidays reinforce Jewish concepts, provide a multi-cultural experience and promote understanding for all.
