YOGA WITH INSTRUCTOR JANET O'BRIEN
Yoga classes are on-going and provide a great way to strengthen the cardiovascular system, stimulate body energy and to learn relaxation and breathing techniques.
We recommend prior registration. Class will be cancelled without at least 8 people to participate.
