2009 CJCC MEMBERSHIP DUES

Reciprocal membership with over 350 JCC’s.
College students can use membership cards at area JCC’s.

Youth Athletic, (6-18 years)......................................$169

• A processing fee is assessed on all new and reinstated memberships at the time of
application in addition to the membership fee: 
      • All Family and Couple Categories – $50  
      • Single Categories – $25
• All memberships are subject to 6.50% Ohio Sales Tax.
• The membership year begins January 1 and ends December 31. New members who
join during the year will be billed for the entire year and pro-rated upon the second year.
• Dues are payable either: • In full at time of joining and/or renewal.
        We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Check or cash
      • Automatic payment by monthly bank draft, (no charge)
• Membership is non-refundable and non-transferable.
